4月25日頃より、弊社のメールアドレスが詐称され、迷惑メールが送信されていることが確認されました。

迷惑メールの送信元は「info@lets-co.com」となります。メールの件名の例をいくつか挙げますと:

• 「Approved ACH- Transmission Ref: #r357q112」
• 「………..」
• 「New EFT processing on Tues, Apr23, 2024.PDF, (ATTACHED)」
•  

これらのメールは、弊社から発信されたものではございません。弊社は通常、このようなメールを送信することはございません。
弊社が契約しているWebサーバー管理会社のSMTPサーバーが悪用されているとの報告を受けております。なお通常は使用していないメールサーバーであるため、情報漏洩の心配はございません。
報告を受けておりますところによれば、同管理会社の別のアカウント情報が悪用されているとの報告もございます。

この問題について、弊社はサーバー管理会社と密に連絡を取り、迅速に対処しております。弊社から日本語以外のメールを送信することはございません。また、弊社のユーザー様、取引先の方々、お問い合わせいただいた方々、名刺交換を行った方々以外に、メールを送信することはございません。

このような迷惑メールが届いた場合には、無視していただくよう、お願い申し上げます。

We would like to inform you that since around April 25th, someone has been spoofing our company’s email address and sending out spam emails. We intend to publicly address this issue on our website.

The sender of these spam emails is “info@lets-co.com.” Examples of the subject lines of these spam emails include:

“Approved ACH- Transmission Ref: #r357q112”
“………..”
“New EFT processing on Tues, Apr23, 2024.PDF, (ATTACHED)”

Please be aware that these emails are not sent by our company. We do not typically send such spam emails. Additionally, while it has been reported that the SMTP server of our web server management company, with whom we have a contract, has been exploited, since we do not usually use the affected mail server, there is no risk of information leakage. Reports also suggest that another account of the same management company has been compromised.

We are in close contact with our server management company to address this issue promptly. We do not send emails in languages other than Japanese. Moreover, we do not send emails to individuals who are not our customers, partners, those who have contacted us, or those with whom we have exchanged business cards.

If you receive such spam emails, we kindly request you to ignore them.
